NOW HIRING: Digital Client Partner
We are looking for an experienced client partner with a strong track record in all areas of digital, to handle retainer and campaign/project-based work for a range of clients and industries.

Firstly, a bit about us
We are a boutique digital partner supporting clients in all their digital needs – from strategy, creative and technical to social/digital execution. Over the past 8 years we’ve collaborated with world-class brands across every industry imaginable, with some recent partnerships including Warner Music, Harper Collins, Link Airways, MANIAX and Aussie music icon Jimmy Barnes.
OK, onto the role
As a small and dynamic team handling a broad scope of work for our partners, you’ll need to be adaptive while working on many different types of tasks.
Your role will include translating client needs into overarching strategy and then actionable briefs which you will execute with the team. You will be communicating on a daily basis with your clients and overseeing all their digital requirements.
Key requirements for this role include knowledge/experience in:
- the entire digital ecosystem, including all social media platforms
- digital promotion via email marketing, paid advertising and influencers
- developing digital content of all kinds
- developing creative briefs for the in-house design team
- website management and CMS platforms like WordPress
- project management with internal teams and external partners
- reviewing/reporting on digital metrics using tools like GA
About you
You must be self-motivated and passionate about building strong client relationships, with a keen interest in understanding a client’s brand and business. When considering your application we’ll be looking closely at your:

- ability to speak knowledgeably about the marketing funnel
- ability to handle tight timelines and manage challenging clients & briefs
